RR Jewellery – Exchange & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with RR Jewellery. We take pride in crafting high-quality pieces designed to last. Please review our policy regarding exchanges, returns, and refunds below before making a purchase.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales at RR Jewellery are final. We do not offer returns or cash/original-payment refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind, sizing issues, or variations in natural gemstone appearance.

Exchanges for Damaged Items Only

We only accept exchanges if the item arrives damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must be kept in its original packaging, including the original jewelry box, certificates of authenticity (if applicable), and invoice.

Strict Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

To ensure authenticity and protect against transit damage claims, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video.

  • The video must clearly show the unopened package, the shipping label with your tracking number, the opening process, and the specific damage or defect on the jewelry item.

  • Failure to provide a valid unboxing video within the specified reporting window will unfortunately result in the denial of the exchange request.

How to Initiate an Exchange

If your item arrived damaged, please follow these steps within 24 hours of delivery:

  1. Send an email to our support team at rrjewellery71@gmail.com with the subject line: Exchange Request - Order #[Your Order Number].

  2. Attach the mandatory unboxing video along with high-resolution photographs of the damage.

  3. Our quality assurance team will review your request within 2–3 business days and notify you via email whether your exchange has been approved.

Reverse Pickup & Fulfillment

Once your exchange request is approved, RR Jewellery will handle the return shipping logistics at no cost to you.

  • We will arrange a secure reverse pickup from your delivery address. You do not need to ship the item back to us yourself.

  • Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original box and outer packaging to prevent further damage during transit.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the physical piece at our studio, we will ship a replacement of the exact same item to you at no additional cost.
